Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for you to settle, fill out any forms, use the bathroom, etc.
Free parking is available in the gravel lot behind our building (Health Associates), as well as on the street. For handicap-accessible parking, please use the available spaces just off the driveway, between 906 and 904 Broad Street.
Please ring the doorbell when you arrive. The door remains locked, as there are many practitioners in session and we want to be mindful of the safety and privacy of clients like you.
During Your Appointment
Help me help you; please let me know if at any point in the session you become uncomfortable. Pressure, temperature, positioning, sounds, and lights can all be easily changed.
Touch is a very powerful tool, and while massage always intends to be healing, sometimes it may bring up some challenging emotions. If this happens, please let me know and I’ll be happy to step out, end the session, or otherwise accommodate.
I am a massage therapist, and not a clinician. I cannot diagnose any illness or disease. If you have concerns about your health and well-being, please consult your doctor.
Massages are strictly non-sexual. I have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should you choose to engage in such behavior, the session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and you will be banned from booking further appointments. Authorities will be contacted.
