All clients are required to provide a credit card upon booking. Our booking system, Vagaro, safely stores and encrypts all data in a HIPAA-compliant way just like hospitals and medical insurers. Click here to learn more about Vagaro's privacy measures.
At least 24 hours of notice is required in the event that you can’t make your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the price of your service. You can change your appointment time for free as long as you do it before this deadline.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. If your card on file is expired, or your charge is otherwise declined, you will be sent an invoice which must be paid before scheduling any further appointments.
If you arrive late to your session, time will be deducted from your session. You will be charged the full amount for your scheduled session regardless of when you arrive.
Sickness and Personal Emergencies
I understand that unforeseen situations can pop up. Please call or text (919)-794-1501 if you, or someone in your care is unwell or facing an emergency. We can reschedule as soon as possible. For the health and safety of you, myself, and those we share the space with, do not come in if you feel unwell.
I do not offer gift cards. However, if you would like to book and pay for a massage for someone you care about, please send me an email and I would be happy to set this up.
Zero Tolerance for Sexual Harassment
Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual. I have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should you choose to engage in such behavior, the session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and you will be banned from booking further appointments. Authorities will be contacted.
